Senchal Dashiell Barrolle, Esq. has been appointed by Governor Moore to serve as a member of the Maryland State Board of Contract Appeals. Ms. Barrolle is a licensed attorney in Maryland, New York, and DC. She earned her J.D. from The Georgetown Law Center and her B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Barrolle is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Ms. Barrolle believes that it is important for members of the Black community to seek and be able to obtain necessary mental health services without fear of stigmatization. As a mother, she is especially concerned about postpartum mental health services for Black women as well as mental health services for black children.
