Senchal Dashiell Barrolle, Esq. is an attorney with more than 12 years experience. She is currently an associate principal with The Law Office of Robert Fulton Dashiell, Esq. P.A. She serves corporate and individual clients mainly in the practice areas of civil litigation, estate planning and family law as well as business formation and government procurement with a focus on minority- and women- owned businesses.
Attorney Barrolle believes that it is important for members of the black community to seek and be able to obtain necessary mental health services without fear of stigmatization. As a mother, she is especially concerned about postpartum mental health services for black women as well as mental health services for black children.
Attorney Barrolle is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland, the State of New York and the District of Columbia. She served as judicial law clerk to former Chief Judge Robert M. Bell of the Maryland Court of Appeals for the 2007-2008 term. She holds a Juris Doctor from The Georgetown Law Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, with general honors, from The Johns Hopkins University where she also obtained a certificate in social equality in the United States and was nominated and inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society.
Attorney Barrolle’s professional memberships include the Maryland State Bar Association and the Baltimore County Bar Association. In addition, she is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Attorney Barrolle was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland where she resides with her two children.
